T&T Quality Electronics Inc.

Contract Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management

Industries Served

With over 40 years of experience serving key industries in Southern California and the United States, we continually strive to provide our customers with high quality manufacturing solutions that minimize production volatility while maintaining a very competitive cost basis. T&T’s manufacturing model was established to provide the presence & support, responsiveness, and on-time delivery of a local contract manufacturer, with the cost advantage and value proposition of an overseas manufacturing solution. With complete capabilities in box build, circuit board assembly, wire and cable assembly, metal fabrication, high precision machining, and supply chain management, we offer an aggressive cost model integrating a blend strategy that utilizes both local and overseas manufacturing. Whether you’re seeking assistance with a specific sub-assembly or require a complete system build solution, we’ll work closely with your staff to ensure smooth integration with your internal manufacturing capabilities. We offer comprehensive manufacturing solutions to the industries we serve, with programs specifically geared to the requirements of each segment.

Prototyping/NPI Prototyping and NPI support, allowing for seamless integration into an overall manufacturing solution. For customers requiring quick-turn prototype assembly, we can accommodate a 24-hour turnaround upon acquisition of all material.

Inventory/Supply Chain Solutions

Over 90% of the programs we manage for customers involve inventory and supply chain solutions that are critical to on-time delivery, cost containment, lead-time management, and quality assurance. Our customers benefit from Kan Ban, Min/Max, or JIT solutions integrated with programs we implement with our suppliers. These solutions ensure a consistent and dependable flow of your products to your doorstep, minimizing the factors that cause volatility in a manufacturing environment. Solutions we specialize in include:

  • “Finished goods inventory programs” where an agreed upon percentage of finished goods is held on-hand and shipped to the customer as a purchase order is issued.
  • “Vendor managed inventory (VMI) programs” with our suppliers, where components or raw materials will be held in “reserve” on T&T’s behalf, and shipped to us as required.
  • “Integrated local and global manufacturing (LGM) programs” where a small predetermined portion of a project is manufactured locally offering dependable on-time delivery for short term coverage, while the balance of the project is manufactured overseas offering a low cost advantage. This combined solution offers an average cost per unit that is minimally higher than the overseas cost basis, while significantly lower than the cost of local manufacturing.

Our customers have come to depend on these solutions for maintaining finished goods inventory, delivering JIT, utilizing and sharing forecast & lead-time data, preventing lost revenue due to late deliveries, and managing material costs and lead-time fluctuations.
